If you’re having trouble or coming into any issues regarding your survey please email [email protected] – messaging or commenting here will not get as quick as a response versus emailing her directly. Be sure to include your full name, backer # and which campaign. We send out new surveys quite often so we may not know which campaign you're referring to unless you give us that specific information.
We’ll get you taken care of quickly as long as you follow these steps above!
Keep in mind that we will also distribute these digital items through Backerkit as well. It just takes time (and money) to get the Backerkit surveys up and running and we didn't want to wait to send out these rewards to you all while we had them ready to go! Thanks so much for your support!

A few notes: we have a few days left for errored pledges to get fixed. Make sure you don't use the Kickstarter app to update your card information - it's very glitchy right now.
We should receive funds in roughly ten days after that we will have the pages lettered and will be ready to distribute the rewards well ahead of schedule since the art is already complete.
